I streamlined me&u's hospitality service transitions, addressing system complexities. By enhancing user experience and introducing features like the service visualiser we improved venue engagement, reduced support needs, and ensured consistent peak-time usage.

At me&u, we tackled the complex challenge of redesigning the catalogue page, emphasizing brand catalogue integration. Despite technical obstacles and the need for stakeholder alignment, user-centric research and iterative design approaches were pivotal. The outcome? A streamlined onboarding process, improved user-friendliness, and a foundation set for me&u's ongoing growth and innovation.

The University of Sydneys service portal is an essential platform, offering academic resources, information, and communication channels. Despite a recent redesign, prevalent usability issues persisted, limiting its effectiveness.

In this case study, we delve into the revamp of Formbay's Job Details page, evolving from a convoluted interface to a user-centric, streamlined platform. Our process encompassed in-depth user research, synergistic design and development, and a flexible approach to navigate fluctuating industry regulations. The overhaul included intricate technical work, such as integrating government services for panel certification and land databases, ensuring a seamless user experience. This transformation led to a marked improvement in user satisfaction, a drop in support interactions, and a more efficient solar rebate claims process for installers and administrators.
